What Effie is

Effie is a private family organiser, run by one household for its own members. It is not offered to the public, is not sold, and has no sign-up. Accounts exist only for members of the household, and the household's adults decide who has one.

Using Effie

Household members use Effie to organise family life. Nobody else is permitted to use it or to attempt to access it.

Google Calendar

Connecting a Google account lets Effie read and update that account's calendars as described in the privacy policy. The connection can be removed at any time from Effie's settings or from the Google Account permissions page.

No warranty

Effie is provided as is, for the household's own convenience. It may change, be unavailable at times, or be withdrawn, and it should not be the only record of anything important.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
